The 135-room property, at 3549 Le Jeune Road in Miami, was built by MIA LeJeune LLC, a joint venture led by Coconut Grove-based firm Mayan Properties, Concord Hospitality and Travelers Hotel Group. Raleigh, North Carolina-based Concord Hospitality will manage the property.
